Names: Hollyn

A relatively new name.

It can be a shortened form of Holly-Ann, a combination of Holly (a reference to the holly tree) and Ann (a name derived from Hannah, meaning 'grace' or 'favor').

It could be seen as an alternate spelling of the Old English word for holly, holegn, which can also mean 'prince' or 'protector.'

Names: Isabeau

A portmanteau of the names Isabella and Beau. Isabella is a form of Elizabeth, itself an alternate form of Elisheva, a Hebrew name meaning either 'my god is an oath' or 'my god is abundance.' Beau comes from the French and means beautiful.
